Alice Wilmes
I am supporting individuals and couples to heal and thrive in all areas of their lives. If you are suffering from depression, anxiety, overwhelm, eating disorders, addictions, trauma, stress, etc. I can help you understand the processes that have contributed to and maintain your suffering, and support you in reconnecting with your values to live a more satisfying life.
I believe in the innate wisdom and potential of each of us and I use a variety of techniques like EMDR, Somatic and mindfulness-based approaches, Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you see and dismantle limiting believes and destructive patterning. It is my privilege to support you and provide a safe, kind and warm space for you to see and release what is no longer needed in order for you to live your life free, happy and fulfilled.

Doctoral-Level Registered Psychologist
Master Certified Coach
Executive Coach, Organizational Effectiveness Consultant
Dr. Joel M. Rothaizer, MCC
I work with already-stable individuals and couples who are looking for more in their lives: more peace, more freedom, more happiness, more fulfillment, more effectiveness, deeper relationships, more meaning. I work with them in any of their life contexts: home, work, family, relationships, friends, spirituality. My clients want to be even better human beings and live more fully aligned with their deepest values. They know there's a "next level" and are looking to build their capacity to get there. They want a trusted partner to assist them on this journey.
I have been working with people in their life and work contexts for over four decades. I incorporate my background as an organizational effectiveness consultant because we are all profoundly impacted by our contexts (organizational, family, community, etc.). I integrate a wide variety of models including mindfulness and self-compassion, self-awareness (The Enneagram), adult development, trauma work, and in general an understanding of capacity building: the ability to respond more effectively to the complexities and challenges we face in life and work.
Within the business context, I work with leaders, teams, and organizations to increase individual and collective capacity: the ability to respond more effectively, with more joy, grace and ease, to complex challenges.
I am a Registered Psychologist, and approved for work with WCB, First Nations and Inuit (NIHB), and Canadian Armed Forces, I am also an Official Member of the Forbes Coaches Council. Please contact me for an introductory session.

Anna Jongeleen
At the heart of my therapeutic approach is a strong belief in the human potential to realise our authentic, loving selves. We possess the ability for endless growth and creativity. However, many of us find ourselves trapped in limiting beliefs and unhealthy coping mechanisms shaped by our early experiences. By focusing on the essential developmental needs that enable self-regulation, nurture self-worth, build confidence, and foster genuine connections, I assist my clients in enhancing their sense of aliveness, trust, clarity, and confidence.
With over 24 years of experience as a therapist across various countries, I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Canadian Counsellor. My educational background includes a BA in Arts, an MA in Counselling Psychology, and an MPS in Art Therapy and Spirituality. I also hold certifications in Somatic Psychotherapy, Complex Trauma Therapy, Integrated Relationship & Sex Therapy, Couples Counselling, Child Counselling, Family Systems Therapy, Relationships & Trauma Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Focusing Psychotherapy, Bereavement, and Group Facilitation. I work with individuals, couples, families, children, and youth, specialising in supporting LGBTQAI+, neurodivergent, culturally diverse, and marginalised populations.

I am here to help you reconnect with your authentic self and transform your relationships with yourself, your partner, your family, and your life.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and I have recently completed all requirements towards
my master’s in psychology from City University of Seattle. I am currently waiting for my credentials to be reviewed prior to registering as a provisional psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologist.
It is my belief that regardless of the reason the individual has come to therapy, ultimately, everyone is searching for someone who can meet them where they are at, who can truly listen to them, and who can guide them in discovering their internal strength. I approach therapy with the understanding that each person has the capacity to heal, to grow, and for self-
guidance.

Accessing a client-centered and trauma informed approach, I use techniques centered in Narrative Therapy, feminist therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PET).
As a former member of the Edmonton Fire Department, I was provided the opportunity to work alongside members who had been diagnosed with PTSD due to work related injuries. Ultimately, it was this experience that propelled my decision to leave the fire department and pursue becoming a psychologist. I believe that my time on the fire department equipped me with real world experience that will translate well into the therapeutic setting.
My experience coming into this profession - in life and on the fire department - has emboldened me with the
ability to practice in areas connected to trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, substance use disorders, as well as helping individuals to understand and heal their relationship with shame. I come from a harm reduction approach and practice in an open and inclusive space.
